CDH’s safety culture is grounded in preparation, communication, and consistency. We perform daily jobsite inspections, maintain up-to-date certifications, and hold regular toolbox talks to ensure crews stay informed and engaged. Field supervisors, operators, and subcontractors work under the same safety standards, supported by documentation and oversight that meet DOT and OSHA requirements.
Training and Compliance
We invest in continual training for all employees, from new hires to field leadership. Our programs cover job-specific procedures, equipment operation, environmental awareness, and emergency response. CDH maintains active compliance with Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT), OSHA, and other regulatory agencies that govern public infrastructure work.
